It’s every Canadian cinephile’s favourite time of year: the Toronto International Film Festival is about to begin. From September 10 to 20, the city will host highly anticipated film premieres and red carpets galore—but there’s plenty to do in between. We’re talking celebrity spotting at the 1 Hotel Toronto, lavish dining experiences at Nobu, VIP treatments at the Four Seasons Hotel Toronto, and much more. Calendars cleared? Walk the Rogers Red Carpet

Ring in this year’s festival by walking the Rogers Red Carpet in Yorkville—where glamorous photo ops, live musical performances, interactive games and film screenings are sure to make you feel like a true celebrity. Situated between Bellair Street and Hazelton Ave, it’s a guaranteed hotspot for TIFF’s opening weekend.

Channel Your Inner VIP at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto

Step into The Hollywood Reporter Green Room at 1 Hotel Toronto

The Hollywood Reporter Green Room is back once more at the 1 Hotel Toronto‘s nature-inspired Flora Lounge. From September 11 to 20, mix and mingle with fellow film enthusiasts over Don Julio cocktails (the official tequila partner of TIFF) and soak up the sounds of live piano performances on select evenings. Between September 10 and 14, keep your eyes peeled for celebrities dashing in and out of the hotel for interviews and portrait sessions.

Sip on Nobu’s Red Carpet Cocktail

Nobu Restaurant Toronto is celebrating festival season with the launch of a limited-edition “Red Carpet” cocktail. Crafted with Roku Gin, hojicha tea, Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao, cherry, lime, and milk (then topped with berry fruit leather in the shape of an actual red carpet), it’s the TIFF-exclusive drink that’ll be the talk of the town.

Celebrity Spotting at the Bisha Hotel

The Bisha Hotel is home to the Deadline Portrait Studio again this year, which means you’ll have another chance to see all your favourite stars just outside the property between September 10 and 13. 2025’s VIP arrivals included Angelina Jolie, Jacob Elordi and Daniel Craig, to name a few—so prepare to be starstruck.

Experience Festival Fun at the St. Regis Toronto

What’s more, a private Champagne sabrage experience hosted by your very own butler is available for one booking per day from September 10 to 26, if you’re feeling fancy (TIFF tends to have that effect).

See the Stars (And Dine Like Them, Too) at Cassius

King West’s supper club Cassius has been appointed as the new restaurant partner of the Campari Cinema Centre. When the resto isn’t booked out for interviews, swanky premiere parties and private cast get-togethers, stop by for classic Italian dishes and refreshing cocktails. Get the VIP Treatment at Fairmont Royal York

There’s no shortage of TIFF-themed luxuries to explore at Fairmont Royal York. The must-dos?
